Kazana Fund Launches New Initiative to Connect Capital with Entrepreneurs
A new investment program, Angel Syndicate, was recently launched to make investing more accessible and accelerate the growth of the digital economy. According to Hilina Zenebe, the managing partner of Kazana Fund, which is behind the initiative, the platform aims to connect entrepreneurs with capital and help founders become competitive on a global scale.
Startups can receive funding of between $15,000 and $50,000 based on their business and innovation model, according to Hilina. Kazana Fund, which was established in 2022 by Addis Alemayehu and Hilina, currently has 250 investors.
A2SV Receives Funding from Google
Africa to Silicon Valley (A2SV), an Addis Ababa-based Foundation that nurtures tech talent has announced that it has received funding from Google. Read more.
